MarleyDesk is dance studio management software priced the way studios wish it worked: one flat monthly price per studio, everything included.
Why flat pricing
Most dance studio software charges per student — so the reward for a great enrollment season is a bigger software bill. Worse, studio owners publicly report being billed for students who left months ago, because cleaning up inactive records is on them. We call that the growth tax, and we refuse to charge it.
With MarleyDesk, your price is per studio, not per student. Enroll 80 dancers or 400 — the bill doesn't move. Inactive students cost you nothing, because there is nothing per-student to count.

Founding studio pricing
We're currently onboarding two to three founding studios for the 2026–27 season. Founding studios work directly with the founders, get white-glove migration, and lock their founding rate for as long as they stay — it never goes up, no matter what public pricing becomes.
Public pricing will be published when we open general availability. Until then, founding terms are agreed studio-by-studio — tell us about your studio and a founder will reply with specifics.
Is there a free dance studio software plan?
We don't offer a free tier — genuinely free dance studio software tends to pay for itself with your data, ads, or steep transaction fees. What we do instead: migration is free, setup is free, and founding studios start on preferential terms while the product is shaped around them. If budget is the blocker, say so in the form — we'd rather talk than lose you to a spreadsheet.
